Usually something along...warmups at 135. And then start sets at 185. And usually end up around 205...so nothing special.

Depends on how many reps I am planning on doing like David said above. Usually, I warm up with 135 then 225. First set is around 275-295 and I end up between 350-370 Edit: 350-370 is when I am doing low rep stuff. When I am doin higher rep I end up around 330

I believe my max 10 reps is somewhere around 280, it could very well be higher.

Start with 285, then 315, then 365.

I do 10, 8-10 and then 4-6 for my last set. When I can move the weight on the last set 8 times, I move it to the second set the next time.

Well, I used to train, like most people on here for muscle size and strength. Mainly the 6-10 rep range getting the best of both worlds. However, I have a totally different mind set. Now training for speed, agility, endurance(All Running) I have my sets made in the 15-25 rep ranges. Before, my max BB squat was 275X2. Nothing special for alot of people, but now I drop that to 135 and crank out 20 slow(negative) explosive(positive) really deep squats. Let me say, that while it's a totally different exercise, the higher rep range is harder, but I can feel the muscle stretching fully. And with lower weight, you can go deeper without worrying more that your back isnt arched, or something. 20 nice slow-explosive, deep reps are gold for endurance purposes. Add a 50-60 mile running week, and 3 days of intense hills; You got yourself a pearljammer.

Coincidentally, today in the gym I loaded up the bar, and the bar had the pad already on it, so I was getting my head in the game getting ready to squat, and this guy goes "Bro, you don't need that pad, pads are for girls. Trrrrust me bro, I just did 365 for 5 bro, just use the weight you're at now with the regular bar bro, then once you get up there like me, you'll be able to do it no problem bro." I didn't like this guys attitude, so I put 385 on the bar and did it for 8, without the pad. I saw the guy watching from a distance, showed that fool.

I don't squat. The hell out of here with that bs. I'm not messing up my armani shirt by putting a bar on my back.
