its ok,u go up in weight at first.  but for me after about 5 weeks i hit a plateau. i suggest to do it for like 3-4 weeks then switch it up.  But to actaully never plateau you shud change ur reps ever week.

Example: 1st week : sets of 10,10,10
            2nd week : sets of 10,8,6
            3rd week : sets of 5,5,5
            4th week : sets of 15,10,5

Training this way has let me to keep upping the weight.  Training this way you always switch it up, not letting ur muscle adapt to ur routine.  This keeps ur muscles always guessing whats next.   Maybe give this a try and then post whether you like it or not.

Thats a nice way to do it, everyone says that you have switch it up so that your body doesn't adapt to the workout and schedule, I've been trying to add a rep every workout I do or go up in weight, seems to be working for me.
