hey i have no idea what i should increase by every other week i was thinking 5-10lbs what do yall think i need help by tuesday please respond!!

5 lbs a week, do incline, flat and decline benching. Also make sure to work out other body parts, at least do squats, they'll help your gains alot. Don't forget a spotter.

try 3 sets per exercises and on the first sets start off with a little lighter weight than what you want to lift... then increase weight by a little bit for the other 2 sets....
Height : 5 11 Weight : 70 KGs Body fat: 13% Aim : 10%

lol 8pack.... i basicly do, for my lifts 3 sets of 10 or 4 sets of 10 ( depends on the work out ) each set i bump up ten... if i get my last set for that work out i bump it up five more pounds for the next time i do it so each set would be increased by five lbs for next time, if i mis my lidt i keep it the same and try again next time it comes around... thats basicly it
