It's gonna make you feel flushed, and give you a fat rush (2-Dimethylaminoethanol) and probably give you a pumped feeling.

I know that an AST product had that 2-Dimethylaminoethanol in it and the guy was like.. "crack in a bottle"

Depends on what you want it to do.. I think it will charge you up.. chemically..

Pre-workout for sure. Not before bed-time.

Dunno.. safe? I think it said on the label.. laboratory tested.. but on what? Humans? And for how long? I can't answer that. But my friend who tried something with similar ingredients gave me the bottle (which I threw away) because he said he couldn't take the jittery, hyper, heart fluttering feeling. Just too much for him.
