im 17 years old im 6 feet 1 inch i want to know if im getting enough calories in my system to get more muscle i consume 265 grams of protein a day 150 carbs a day 65 g of fat and 2500 calories i want to add like 15 pounds of muscle to me in like 6 months but i dont want to gain fat so i run for 25 minutes 4xs a week is it possibleto gain muscle and lose fat or not gain any fat at all please help me

Yes, that is possible, but it is quite difficult.  Here is Dan's ultimate mass building article that touches on gaining muscle and losing fat.

I personally think that you need more carbs than what you have, and maybe a little less protein.

yeah i know your carbs give you energy but excess carbs turn to fat right?

The first 7 years I trained I went from 155 to 215 and gained 0 fat. It is easy to gain muscle without fat, it just takes time, dedication, consistancy and a good training program and diet.

At 17 you need more than 150 carbs a day....I would say at least 300 carbs and at least 3000 cal a day if not more depending on your body weight and LBM.
