alright so am just starting to lift well, until i do shoulders. Im did a workout 3 days ago doing biceps and shoulders, i know its not a good combination probabaly but just tsting right. Anyway i though id try shoulders again today and i styarted with a fairly good weight but had to really lower it to a perthetic weight and just didnt fell like i was getting anywhere.... I have alsos got a physical job and had a busy day.. So my question is why cant i lift the same as the other day, the weight should be going up, not down right. Please help guys, have i just overdone it maybe.... Also whilst i was lifitng i feel like im using my arms more than my shoulders??? Im going end up like popyeye if i dont sort this out.....lol
