I have been taking cellmass for a while now. I have seen gains in strength but not in size. I have been the same weight...145 for almost a year now, but I have continued to get stronger in every exercise. I want to start putting on some mass and need to find the best way (also cheapest). Im not too worried about more strength gains... bench max is 300. Im about 5-9 and my goal is to gain ten lbs of lean muscle.

The best whey that isn't ridiculously expensive is Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey. It has a high reputation here and amongst other boards and lifters. What's your deadlift and squat?

i havent lifted legs as much as i used to im a junior in college and stopped squatting after a knee injury. this year i have started doing alternate leg routines such as lateral squats and things of that nature to save the pounding on my knee. I have not maxed deadlift but i can rep 310 3X

Do squats, but limit the range to half, or whatever you can do. Food, good clean proteins and healthy fats are the keys to adding size.

What type of protein would you recommend, I have had various bouts with numerous brands but have never really used one kind religiously. Ive was told wheybolic extreme 60 would be good to use in addition to the cellmass. (My brother used this all during his wrestling season and the taste isnt bad which is an obvious bonus)

I meant protein foods, fish, chicken, turkey, lean beef and pork. Things like that. As far as powders go, ON 100% is popular and comes in alot of flavors.

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey fan here too, especially post-workout. Before bed, I like Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein protein... I don't wake up starving to death when I have this!
