RE: Creatine Reference - Tuesday, August 29, 2006 10:07 PM
Effects of repeated creatine supplementation on muscle, plasma, and urine creatine levels.
J Strength Cond Res. 2004 Feb;18(1):162-7.
Rawson ES, Persky AM, Price TB, Clarkson PM.

Mentions again that the clearing of exogenous creatine and return to previous levels may take longer than 30 days.

What they have not resolved to my knowledge is the effect of long-term creatine supplementation on long-term endogenous production.
