I have just finished the "Muscle Tech - Cell Tech" 4.5lbs On Its tub it was mentioned that use it for at least 8 weeks. Mine tub was finished after just one month. So question is, can i still buy another tub of "Cell Tech", or buy some other Powerful creatine like "BSN - Cell Mass" or "Gaspari - Size on" I am using it with "Optimum - On Whey Protein" please recommend what is best for me?

Just scoop up some higher power micronized creatine for 20 bucks and some Waixy maize by optimum nutrition or IDS and bam you got homemade celltech pretty much except the carbs in Waixy maize are better than the carbs in Cell tech hardcore. and your will save so much money that creatine will last forever and waixy maize is hella cheap

I think that you should stick with generic brand creatine because all MuscleTech products are overpriced, in my opinion at least. You can try the VitaminShoppe brand or the GNC brand. As for the protein powder, ON is good but again if money is the issue, generic brands never hurt. I personally recommend natural protein sources like eggs, milk, red meat, fish, poultry, and nuts.
