what happens when an unstopable force meets an unmovable object?

Yeah, had to get a little attention there... I took the advice from the newbie page. But I'm not trying to waste anyones time. But just a quick question... I'm currently in Iraq and have been lifting strenuously for the past 6 weeks, I'm stacking NO2 w/ CE2 along with cell mass and NO xplode. I weighed in at 142 upon my arrival and am 5'10". Had 12 3/4" arms and maxed out at 170 on bench. Now, 6 weeks later I weigh in at 155 and now have 14 1/4" arms. I am afraid to max out again on bench because military presses have messed up my shoulder. I think I'm doing them wrong or something... and suggestion? But yesterday I did bench 185 4 times. Which is a pretty significant increase. I see the results, but I just need to know if I'm on a good pace. I would like to be around 175 by september and max around 280 and increase my arms to 17". Is this possible? I was thinking about maybe starting Omnevol? Anyone tried it?? I am thin and am trying to bulk. I take in around 200g of protein per day. Thanks in advance for the advice.... haha I hope. You guys are ruthless. Hah.... Have a great day! Randy

No idea about Omnevol. But IMO 280 is an achievable target in 100 days if u get everything right; diet, training and rest. Also are u training for pure strength or muscle?

just eat alot, train hard, lift heavy 280 on bench is easy, might as well go for 315 get your squats and deadlifts up and theres no way u wont meet your goal
update! 8/3/09 maxes and goals bench - need to remax goal bench - 405 squat - need to remax goal squat - 500 deadlift - need to remax goal deadlift - 500 weight -174.8 8%bf
