What kind of excersises should I do for my back and chest? I do bench press at school but haven't yet bought a bench for home. Apart from that I have a weight set and have been doing bicep curls for a while, started tricep extensions, skull crusher but i don't think I have the technique yet and its harder without a bench, press ups on a chair, sometimes pull ups, and occasionally ab excersises like crunches, those sit ups were you hold your legs at a 90 degree angle, the one where you lie flat on the floor and raise your legs, do deadlifts, and squats as well as a few other excersises. Thanks for the feedback would like to build strength and mass at the same time, any plans you could recommend me?

Bench Deadlifts Front squats Stiff leg deadlifts Crunches Military press Skull crushers BB curls BB rows Do the bench at school. The rest you can do with your weights at home. It covers all the major muscle groups.

do you have a full workout scedual and a good diet?? if not you will need to get 1 sorted out otherwise you wont see the maximum gains that you could be getting....... check out the Critique My Recipe page and the Critique My Training page and find a routine that u think you would want to try

Write out everything that you ate today or tomorrow. Also measure out your calories and protein. Look at the contents of everything. 5 times a week you are training? sounds okay.. but make sure you try to break down the muscle groups you are training and try not to train each muscle group more then once unless its a compound lift. Chest Back Hams Quads Shoulders Lower back forearms Abs calves From those together in such a way that you are working them all on separate days.. Unless its a compound movement.. Because compound movements will work more then one muscle group. Here is an example: Chest + tris Back + bi's Quads + calves Hams + Lower back Shoulders Or Chest Back + lower back Legs Shoulders + abs Arms bi's + tri's See how I break down the muscle groups onto different days.

i have the same problem at school....but try and sneak some nuts in your bag or something else that is pritty much high in protein and munch on some in class....also take a couple of bottles of water with you ( i dont know about your school) but were allowed water in class so i take half a gallon of water to school and that takes up half of my gallon a day :)....give it a go just don't let the teachers see you munching in class.... if you want to, take a sandwich or something and munch on that in class AND buy a meal at school...but its good that your eating healthy and keep up the good work :)

I drink loads of water and eat every 2-3 hours from bout 11 but don't tend to eat much if anything before that I spend most of my time in between lessons eating and everyone thinks I'm crazy eating 3 boiled eggs at school. I read the contents but don't count calories, but I'm eating roughly 2800-3000 calories according to my mate because he checked all the stuff I ate in a day is that enough to gain a bit of weight? I have a very high metabolism but i have gained weight slowly and a fair bit of that was muscle not sure how much though, my arms do look bigger than they were last year, but only a bit. I went up 10kg (22lbs) from last year but I haven't really monitored enough to know how much each week/month. Yesterday I did military press, skull crushers and BB rows working on technique right now so haven't loaded a lot of weight yet only about 30-40lbs at most. Today I want to do deadlifts, squats and stiff leg deadlifts.
