Breakfast
-----------
1 cup orange juice
2 egg whites fried in EVOO
1/2 cup fat free mozarella cheese in egg whites
1 cup grape nuts cereal
1/2 cup skim milk
 
snack 1
------------
1 100 calorie pack
2 fat free cheese strings 
 
lunch
------------
3 oz grilled chicken breast
1/2 dill pickle
1/2 cup lettuce
1 slice of tomato
 
Snack 2
------------
1 handful of mixed nuts
3 strawberry's
1 handful of potatoe chips
 
Dinner
-------------
4 0z Turkey breast - light
1 whole wheat tortilla
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup flavored brown rice
1 cup steamed broccolli
2 cups salad with lemon juice and salt and pepper

What do you guys think?...am i on the right path or should i change it...

5'6" 180lbs 16.3%bf currently tryint to cut down.

that cereal is high in sugar and milk and orange juice isnt optimal for cutting

snack 1
------------
1 100 calorie pack
2 fat free cheese strings 

those snack packs arent too healthy from wat ive seen

lunch
------------
3 oz grilled chicken breast
1/2 dill pickle
1/2 cup lettuce
1 slice of tomato

good


Snack 2
------------
1 handful of mixed nuts
3 strawberry's
1 handful of potatoe chips

potatoe chips are not good and fruit isnt optimal


Dinner
