what do you think of my bicep/ forearm day?

biceps/ forearms im taking whey protein, superpump 250, size-on, multivitamin Biceps barbell curl 55lbs 20 reps (warm up) barbell curl 65 lbs 15 reps (set1) barbell curl 75 lbs 12 reps (set2) barbell curl 85 lbs 9 reps (set3 barbell curl (21's) 55 lbs 21 reps barbell curl (21's) 65 lbs 21 reps tricep bar hammer curl 55 lbs 15 reps (set1) tricep bar hammer curl 70 lbs 12 reps (set2) Forearms reverse grip barbell curl 55 lbs 15 reps reverse grip barbell curl 65 lbs 9 reps wrist curl 95 lbs 20 reps wrist curl 115 lbs 15 reps behind the back wrist curl 95 lbs 20 reps behind the back wrist curl 115 lbs 15 reps is this a good routine? im 16 years old, 6'3 and 195 lbs trying to bulk up.

i suppose it's an "ok" routine.. however, you really are hindering yourself from getting huge gains and "bulking up" by training like this. you would benefit MUCH more from either utilizing a 3-day fullbody routine, or a split routine... each with LOTS of compound lifts. you have no idea how much bigger your biceps will grow once you get large amounts of human growth hormone released.... but this probably won't happen if you keep up with your forearm/bicep isolation routine.

He is saying you should focus on doing compound moves, not in bodyparts. Squats, bench pressing, deadlifts, pull ups, barbell rows or power cleans, chin ups. All these will train your whole body

5'8.1" Age = 20 started in February 16th 2007: 58kg (127.6lbs) current : around 79-80kg (173.8lb-176lb)
