I haven't worked out in a lil over a year, but this is the workout i used and would like to know of any changes should be made or anything. Equipment I have is a smith machine and a bench. Due to room and debt though I may be selling the Smith machine so I'm lookin to do most on the bench. I have a straight bar, curl bar, preacher pad and leg curler with it. I usually do 3 sets, 12 -15 reps depending on what i can handle at times, and on some go till failure. I walk everyday with my dog and will start using a treadmill, now that i got it back, and jump rope. Treadmill is usually 30 minutes start slight for 5 minutes then a minute sprint, then repeat. Roping will be new so dont have a time yet for it. Any cirticism or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
