Body Fat=14-15% I have been bulking but I do not like gaining fat. Supplements -mulit vitamin, fish oil, creatine, casein at night, and post workout formula of protein. Other than that my meals are : 1. 9:00-breakfast: eggs, grape nuts, yogurt or fruit. 2. 12:00-lunch: turkey or roast beef sandwhich, or chicken with rice, fruit always. 3. 3:00-tuna or egg salad sandwhich with a piece of fruit 4. Post workout protein shake at 5:00 5. 5:00 Dinner: 2 chicken breasts, veggies, salad with walnuts. 6. 9:00- I try to eat a chicken breast and some veggies here. 7. 11:00-casein shake. My meals are not that big, except for dinner. I am trying to eat a little bit more healthy as the body fat is high for me, any reccomendations? I am ordering leptigen mass, and going to try it for 1 month.

Cafeteria often has roasted potatoes, they are pretty greasy though. They also have peas...whats preferable between they two? or are they just too different to be compared?

I will try to get oatmeal more often, it is not at the cafeteria everyday.... As for my protein shake, I usually take it immediately after workout, so usually about 5...then I eat around 6. It does vary 30 minutes or so each day but I give myself at least 40-45 minutes before I eat dinner
