6'5 around 165 pounds and 19 years old. im pretty sure ecto.. not sure exactly though. can anyone recommend a decent workout? but there is a cache. for the next month i will be limited to working out in my basment. not that heavy of weight and low ceiling. i have found out that some workouts require standing military press, but me being so tall, i cant do that in a basement. its not the best quality picture, but its the best that i can do. im pretty sure that i need to work out pretty much everything hah http://img20.imageshack...mg20/7391/0715091928.jpg and yes, i do have a hole in my chest lol. pectus excavatum.. fun stuff

We have a lot of programs in the training forums going around now. I would suggest a long term bulk and a good shave. You have a good base to start with, but you have a long torso due to your height.

Focus on the following movements: Squats, Stiff-leg deadlifts, Flat Benches, BB Rows, Pullups, OH Presses, Dips, core work Focus on the following meal ratio: 12-20% protein, 55-65% carbohydrates, 25-30% fats, lots of water, invest in a multi-vitamin.. Focus on doing a bit of cardio (not to lose weight, just to maintain good cardiopulmonary health). Do those and you'll do fine, you definitely need to lift heavy weights and bulk though.

what would be a good multi vitamin to get? the only supplement that i am taking is whey protein so far for after workout that i purchased from gnc. Do they have good ones there? And with eating a diet like you mentioned, would it be more of a messy or clean bulk? i was told earlier that i should go for 40carbs 40 protein 20 fat, or read it somewhere Thanks for the help so far guys

Creatine monohydrate might benefit you; animal pak multi-vitamins are the ****. ISS paks are pretty good too, but no multi-vitamin compares to animal paks, they're just the top of the line. Do a clean bulk, just don't be limiting strict. You are (no offense) but small and probably have a fast metabolism. By not all the way limiting strict I mean cheeseburgers (beef, buns, paddy) are a lot of calories, protein, and fat and it might do good. I'd recommend something like about 3 glasses of milk per day, a gallon of water, a dozen eggs, grilled chicken, loads of brown rice, veggies, fruits, nuts (peanuts/almonds), sports drinks. Adding peanut butter to your whey protein shakes can serve benefit. It helps add calories and fats are absorbed quickly so it's always good to have. Those are just some general guidelines.

thank you MVP, you've helped me out a lot. i plan on working out three days a week. should i just do all of the exercises that you mentioned on MWF plus crunches and sit ups for my core? and so i should eat some hamburgers too? i am currently working on a diet of around 3500 calories... if i can throw a good burger in the pan, would make this a lot easier to get there hah

Your wrists and shoulders look pretty decent size wise where you could add some good mass. I would lay off the creatine till you have a year or so training under your belt. Anybody new is going to make good gains for the first year or so and doesn't need to use creatine.

oh wow.. what an ecto ;) Looks something like my beginning starting frame only a little smaller. You could be a beast at 205lbs or so. It's going to take years but it's all good! :) I could see you getting to 180 fairly easy. Just got to work on the diet.

Perrynaytor I would suggest a long term bulk and a good shave. Ha ha, might also suggest pulling up your pants a tad, don't want to see everything brother.
