Everything. I hate bulking because I am constantly eating and feeling like a fat ass. I usually try to count up about 700-900 calories per meal and go with that.

The easiest way to do it would be to eat 3 healthy meals per day (good mix of protien, fat, and carbs), and drink a gallon of milk a day along with it.  Look up 'GOMAD' on google to see the benefits of it for muscular weight gain.

Be careful though, you have to lift HARD and CONSISTENTLY to ensure that you will be gaining mostly muscle.

bordens 2% protein plus, peanut better sandwiches, fruit, and lots of lean meat like fish and chicken

QFT, on days after i workout i dont have school and i typically take 1-2 naps on top of sleeping 8-10 hours haha I love sleep so much

i eat anyting that has a good amount of protein in it. steak fish chicken all the good ole stuff haha
