what bodytype is this? - Wednesday, November 01, 2006 2:49 PM ( #1 )
what bodytype am i?
i used to think i was an endomorph (hard-gainer) cause i was always pretty thin but reading some posts has got me thinking.

Before I started working out a lil over 6 weeks ago I was 5'9, 149 lbs., ?% BF (no idea but cut 6-pack)

now I am 5'9, 163, and still looking as lean as i was before if not a little leaner (i also used creatine for the first time and committed myself 100% to my diet and protein shakes and muscle&fitness and FitnessRX articles lol)

the main question is what distinguishes what body type from another? examples? and what body type am I?

I can barey find info on this sort of thing.

thx in advance guys!

first of all an endo morph is a fat person, by no means thin.  An ectomorph is the thin build.

my cousin is an ectomorph but his body looks like a mesomorph

ectomorphs can look like mesomorphs if they lift alot and know what their doing

he can do 315 in sets
