can somebody tell me the angle of this incline?

this is the bench i got from a friend.is this perfect for an incline bb bench press or too low? ty

Actually it looks fine.. most commercial bench press's are standard 45 deg.. but i actually prefer 20-30deg..
 
Even a slight incline..10-20 d,  will work the upper pecs head..
