You didn't outline your diet so IDK but it sounds like you're trying really hard to base your diet around things that should only be supplementing it...
Meal One:Oatmeal(milk, almonds, grapes), eggs(two egg whites, one whole egg, onions, 1/4 avacado, bell peppers), and a cup of quinoa.
Meal Two:Whole Grain begal, fat free cream cheese, fat free plain yogart with mixed berries and grapes
Meal Three: Salmon burger (whole grain bread, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, mustard, miracle whip)
Work out
Meal Four: Shake (muscle milk, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, mixed berries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 fat free plain yogart)
Meal Five: Right before I go to bed I have a casein shake with l-glutamine.
*My meal three sometimes is brown rice, chicken, and a sweet potato.
