I'm getting tired of my old work out routine, and I dont do a split so figured to try a 4 day out..
 
my question what is better

I wouldnt pick either, go with full body split....Unless you look like those guys from the second link you showed us..HaHa

LOL, those guys look like teriyaki beef jerky sticks!!  i do a four day upper/lower split.  little to no iso lifts involved.  im waiting a bit on those

I agree...

I wouldn't recommend either of those two routines.  Sorry...

If you're a newbie to training I would recommend to do as stated above and work on a full body routine to provide a good base before you start an actual bodybuilding routine with bodybuilding techniques.

Day 1 Squats and Vertical Push/Pull

1) Squat
2) Bench Press
3) Barbell Row

Day 3 Deadlifts and Horizonal Push/Pull

1) Deadlift
2) OHP
3) Pullup

Day 5 Accessory Movements

1) Barbell or Dumbell Curls
2) Weighted Dips
3) Hanging Leg Raises

Feel free to add in some isolation movements to bring up lagging parts.
