Our own 'thewfh', won Figure Novice and Open this weekend!!! For those who don't know, she is a poster on the boards, fitness figure, journals and others and she has been sharing her last 10 wks or so of prep! Here she is, the champ!!! by her request I have covered the face.

Whoa awsome! I remember looking over her journal. I liked her routines, pretty awsome. Wow That is so freaking awsome!!! I thought she had some transformation pictures too? Her quads are insane !! Gluts quads legs Omg man thats hot.. Abs were looking dope!!

Thanks for the great comments!! I had a blast! the only thing that was a huge challenge was dealing w/ the lack of carbs in the evening... Thanks for posting those images for me Italianangel. I appreciate it. Aww..and who care's about the face. I could've had my face up there. Just thougth at the time maybe I shouldn't. But hey! Whatever!
Yes, I was told my legs won it for me...plus the judges had NO idea it was my first competiton. They were stunned....that means I did my job. I sold myself well!
