weird, losing alot, then gaining back

Ok, so I try to go for losing 3 lbs a week, which is more then the reccomended amount usually, so I wake up two days ago and lose a pound. Then I wake up yesterday nd have lost 2 more lbs so thats 3 already with 3 days to go in the week still. Then today i wake up and have gained 3 pounds....whats up with that?? Is that neccesarily a bad thing? Could it be water? Could i have put the water weight back on that I lost? Im lost at this point. Althougth i have lost much more then the reccomended poundage weekly, i have no idea whats going on honestly. HELLLLPPP. p.s. i have a cutting log in the online training journal section
