yeah, you are lifting the weight aren't you? exactly so u definately have to count the bar.

he is supposed to. i mean the olympic bar is 45pounds if you don't count that weight then your bench or curl will go down significantly. i mean go to someone who can't curl 45 pound and tell them to curl the olympic bar. if they can't do it r u going to say that u can't curl 0 pounds?

ya his bar is 20lbs, he always just said he could bench 280 or something like that, but i guess its 300... oh well
