weighted dips/wide grip pull-ups - same belt?

I am very close to the point where I want to start adding weight for dips and wide grip pull ups...
I know about the dip belt (like the image here)
but can this same belt also be used for wide grip pull-ups? or would it be more inclined to slip off?
Ideally I want to get one belt for both applications.
thnx

I've used something like that for wide grip pullups- As long as you have it set up right, it'll never fall off during pullups. The weight constantly pulls the belt down onto your hip bones, and it would take some serious jumping for it to slip past your hips. Just make sure the belt is where it's supposed to be, and it'll be fine.

Second that. That is the same belt I used for weighted dips and weighted pull-ups. It never came off. It pretty much was snug on the lower back and didn't slip at all. But somebody stole it.. gone from my gym.. so ya know.. Now I ask the lighter kids to hang off my legs...

That belt will work for both applications.

cool

I am a skinney bastard though, so I wonder if it will be too hard to get it tight enough - I think that is a "one size fits all" sort of aproduct...
I'll look around locally, if I can't find one, I'll order that one online.
