Alright, School starts in about 6 weeks and I really need to get back into working out. Im 16, 5'7 and 165 lbs, I used to weight 150-155, Im not fat, but I need to lose this weight. Due to recently moving, I only have dumbells and "myself" and a bike. In a few months we will be getting our own home and then I can settle down and get a gym membership again, but to lose this weight, what should I be doing, tons of cardio I know, I go bike riding every evening, tightened up my diet, but is 12-15 miles each evening good enough? Im also gonna start running a few miles before eating my breakfast in the morning to see what it does. If any of you have ANY suggestions, I would be rather thankful for any, Thanks. Btw, I played football my freshman year (varsity) as well as varsity baseball, went do a different school sophomore year and basically only had enough time to do a little of running due to rigorous school hours. I also have a pretty large build or shape, that is why im kind of heavy for my height, just letting you know haha :o. Also take into consideration tha tI want to regain muscle and redefine my abs and such. Any suggestions will be appreciated thanks.

well im no expert, but it doesnt take expert knowledge to know 15 miles of leg moving is bound to do something to ones fattage (LOL love that word....that i just made up...lol *goes through dictionary to see if it is a real word*...anyway) I would say its definately enough anyway, and if it isnt then the human body really does suck lol. Its hard cutting as you dont need to starve yourself, but you do need to be careful in what you eat, cut down on carbs (BUT STILL GET SUFFICIENT AMOUNTS!) and get a lot of protein and average amount of fat, just seperate it into 6 medium sized meals throughout the entire day, this keeps the stomach and metabolism working, whereas starving yourself will make the body go into "storage" mode as it were. Eat clean foods too, theres a nutrition forum here which will help you know what to eat. Anything else to lose weight...just exercise and eat in healthy moderations.

rofl. fattage, interesting word choice there. But yeah, so I should actually 6 meals a day to increase my metabolism, I have always heard of this but felt very sceptical of this. Like how should a regular day go of my eating, my day has been going for the past week. Breakfast - Oatmeal/cereal(bran/oats) some fruit, then lunch a caesar salad with some other veggies and or fruit, and dinner I usually eat some fish/beef with some veggies. This sound good?
