 weight/muscle gain help

weight/muscle gain help - Wednesday, April 02, 2008 11:31 PM
I am at my wits end on how to achieve this goal. I have been lifting for about 3 years and i have seen little to no improvement. Im currently 18 and weigh 213lbs and i am 6'8. I tried weight gainers and supplements and protein bars and whatnot but i simply can't gain any muscle or put on any weight. I lift fairly heavy and do 8-12 reps but still nothing.

Chances are you aren't eating enough. At your size you would have to put down massive amounts of calories to gain weight.
5'6" 125/ Bench: 115 / Front squat: 90 / Deadlift: 205 / Pullups: 10
