Hi all i am 31 lookin to loose weight i am dedicated and i am willing to wait for results... My current weight is 277.2 lbs (126kg) down from 308 lbs (140kg) in 6 weeks training ,my height is 5ft 11.I am of solid build hide the weight well having plenty of natural muscle under fat. I reduced my caloric intake to 2000 p/d cycling 3 times a week 10 km in 20 mins and heavy weight train 3xweek. workout days supplement whey isolate 30grm 200ml natural juice post work out 252grm protein/126 gram carbs/50 gram fat daily intake approx any help or suggestions would be much appreciated as i am trying to maintain muscle whilst reduce weight/bodyfat if it takes me a year so be it ,,,i am focused big time.. cheers ps..oh i also should mention once i loose the weight i wanna bulk up big time :O)
