Hi all i am 31 lookin to loose weight i am dedicated and i am willing to wait for results... My current weight is 277.2 lbs (126kg) down from 308 lbs (140kg) in 6 weeks training ,my height is 5ft 11.I am of solid build hide the weight well having plenty of natural muscle under fat.

I reduced my caloric intake to 2000 p/d cycling 3 times a week 10 km in 20 mins and heavy weight train 3xweek.
workout days supplement whey isolate 30grm 200ml natural juice post work out
252grm protein/126 gram carbs/50 gram fat daily intake approx

any help or suggestions would be much appreciated as i am trying to maintain muscle whilst reduce weight/bodyfat
if it takes me a year so be it ,,,i am focused big time..

ps..oh i also should mention once i loose the weight i wanna bulk up big time :O)

GREAT work!!!

Your caloric deficit should be a small one...say 500 calories (200 from diet adn 300 from cardio)...yours is huge..and the body will respond by burning muscle!  Especailly on such a low carb intake. 

Also, low carbs and high protein = water loss...watch out.

You might want to take a week off and come back with a whole new plan.  As long as you are in a caloric deficit of 500 cals...you will lose a pound a week of fat.  Check this info out:

Learn to measure body composition and you can gain in muscle as you drop the fat...instead of dropping water, muscle, and fat!

Good going with that 31 pounds dropped. 

Now keep it healthy and go for another 12-24 pounds of fat in the next 3 months!!
