Hey, i have been doing this for the past week (since monday) and was wondering if this is good to lose weight with. I just introduced NOX-cg into my routine. I take 2 scoopse before my workout. I also dont count the calories for the banna or apple i eat, call me ignorat but im just in exsperienced. i eat 5 times a day to speed up metabloism. i weigh 300 and am 5'11 and 18 years old. im not to conserned with muscel because i have enough. i do cardio i the morning when i wake up and lift at night. I also take hot-rox when i first wake up before i workout and eat then 6 hours later. i space the meals roughly 2 hours apart.

Now I don't know too much about this stuff but what I do know is you are drastically undereating. A person of your size, just as a rough estimate to lose weight should be in the 2000-2500 calorie range. You need to start eating more protein, and you need to be taking in more fat. As odd as it sounds, you need more good fat into your diet. A diet that is too drastic is just as bad as overeating in calories.

eat fat to lose fat

keep ur cals between 2000-2500

it's a long process look at 1-2lbs a week as a goal more than that and it's way to quick and un healthy

Life's to short to be small
