I've takin GNC 1850,Twin Lab Mass Fuel, and ON's Serious Mass, out of the 3 I perfer the ON's Serious Mass, and it was the most affordable one out of the 3, I only paid $28 for a 12lb bag. All I take is 1/2 serving a day, sometimes 3/4 a serving on workout days. Ive also found that many places on the web have thier labels wrong, on the web it says serious mass has 40 grams surgar, when it really only has 20 grams per serving. it also has a little bit of glutamine and creatine not alot, but its enuff to be benificial if your already takin creatine and glutamine. this will show you the true nutritional facts www.optimumnutrition.com/merchant2/graphics/supp allways try to go to the company that makes the product, b4 buying on internet, to make sure the label is correct

Do you mean adding in the milk with the water , marc? I thought that you shouldnt use milk with your post workout shake beacause milk digests slowly and you want a fast protein synthesis, correct?
