okay so heres my situation.......i have a disease that affects my muscles, so when i workout i cannot do somethings for example bench press, or work on my triceps the typical way......so my question is how can i somehow work around like i want to get my chest big and also my triceps, i cannot lift my arms up like to raise my hands, but my biceps are really strong....i no its kinda confusing, but can someone like list different ways to get ur chest and triceps bigger

If I were you I'd ask a doctor or physiotherapist what exercises you can do.

weighted dips? lean forware for more chest involvement.

I agree with this suggestions. If anybody have some other suggestions to do weight lifting.

Mabey you could use machines instead of freeweights.
