Many people are always asking, "what routine can I use to bigger or stronger", "what routine will make me more cut" and I really think that the fact of the matter, a routine is not at all neccesary. Here me out before you start making assumptions. In a routine you set your number of reps and sets up for nearly 4-8 weeks. But what if your body gets weaker or you become sick so you lose size and strength. You must adjust but only to mess up your goals and accomplishments. Back when i started lifting in 6th-7th grade I would do this routine thing. Gain a little strength for a couple weeks then maintain for the rest. On a wotkout plan that I use, which consists of onnly setting up what days you do each body part or core lift. For instance I know that tommorrow I will be doing legs. But I dunno how much weigh on nething or waht reps. I do what I feel like my body wouldn't expect. Doing this I have had excellent results, going from the number 2 powerlifter in the SHW division in MI to the number 2 powerlifter in SHW in the WORLD!! Just thought i would put that out that there, and neone wishing for a routine, try what I state for awhile...it might work for you it might not...but one things for sure...its def outta the ordinary and your body will respond somehow.

That sort of instinctive training can be beneficial- But I don't think I'd recommend it to most. For some of us, that level of mind/muscle connection is hard to come by- It often takes a few years of training with a routine before we can really tell what sort of new things we can throw at our muscles without risking injury- Some of us never get it. For those of us who do, however- What a gift. To be able to instinctively know what our muscles might be capable of on a given day would definitely spark some serious growth.

well, was in september....go here http://www.powerlifting-ipf.com/ and then go to results then go to 2006 sub junior men. Then scroll down to 125+ kilogram. And my name is Jake Cannon. Then if u go to rankings, you'll see that im ranked about 30th strongest person overall in the world this year for ne age....and I didnt even have that good of a meet. quote:
