In Arnold`s book "The new encyclopedia of modern BB" page 424 paragraph three. he wrote this: "If you want to drastically increase your forearm development, you can use the priority principle in a special way: train forearms by themselves when you are rested and strong, or train your forearms on leg days when your arms are rested. You can also keep a dumbbell or barbell at home and do a couple of set of wrist curls and reverse wrist curls as often as you like, even once an hour every hour" my question is, how right is that? (doing wrist curls/reverse wrist once an hour) don`t they get overtrained?

I might take Arnie's advice on this one, I have very small forearms, look at em'. I've been doing hammer curls as part of my biceps routine to try and hit the forearms, but I only do biceps once a week.......

I dont know about this one, it may work for Arnold, but not for everybody else. Every hour? Seems like a bit much to me.

I am by no means a pro, but i feel many of us not only need to lift harder, but smarter. I met a body builder when i first started to train years ago and i asked him how he got such big fore arms. He said he never uses straps or hooks when he trains. Not even for shoulder shrugs. Why you need to train your fore arms or your wrists or your pinky toe when you're already doing that when you train everything else is a great mystery to me. Maybe genetics has a thing or two to do with it also.
