weak legs

Ive just joined a gym recently(preivously been working out at home) my legs are really weak compared to upper body. and ive been getting the dont you train legs in the gym. what some good tips to help improve legs. would doing squats every training day be too much?

If you haven't worked legs much you could always put them in 2 or 3 times a week tops. Deep squats should be your primary focus.

Depends on how often you go to the gym, if you go 1-3 times a week squatting everyday should be fine if it's more than that give yourself a rest. Also you can't expect to squat really heavy every day, you could probably squat heavy twice a week though with a light workout in between.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."
