is this stuff effective? ive read many articles and reviews on it claiming to boost insulin levels, and make absorption so much faster, giving you increased energy and muscle mass.
also, does waxy maize starch require a pct ?

Its just flour. You can mix it in with your pre/post- shakes. I read a lot of reviews saying that it increased blood flow to the muscles and all sorts of other claims. Basically it's a good source of carbs if you don't want an insulin spike.

Read these.

I would definitely recommend a post-cornflour-therapy.

It's not just flour!  No you don't need a PCT for this!

Words of the Sinner:

Waxy maize is a fast absorbing carbohydrate.

If you've ever put down 40g of simple sugars pre or post workout, and felt like you were about to yak.....Waxy Maize will be like a godsend to ya.

It's essentially a fast carbohydrate (fast carbs vs. slow carbs) that's easy on the stomach.

Pretty much but it is complex carbohydrates. Make sure you read reviews for taste because a lot of them taste like monkey sh*t.
