i cant stop eating! .. seriously.. like i eat enough as it is but i just cant stop.. im hungry alll the time.. like at 3 am.. starving.. wake up 8 am starving.. 10 am starving.. all the time.. wats wriong and wat do u do

Ya lifting makes me hungry like a beast. Fats are more filling as well as some veggies help. If you want to bulk and aren't putting on fat then it might just mean you need to eat.

well for breeakfast i eat 5 eggwhites and one whole egg with toast . others days just oatmeal and a fruit.. lunch usually a big salad or sandwich .. a few.. and dinner is i have steak cuz my uncles a butcher .. all kinds.. kebabs, chickin kebabs, sirloin,skirt steak.. jus al.. and in between idk i starve .. usually like 2-3 hours between meals.. so i have like a banked potatoe or if i donty have time jus a subway sandwich idk.. and i am i lift 6 tyimes a week.. jus starving
