Smilehey does anyone know if i can add anything to my stack to boost energy.
17hd/viroloid/amino acids/protein/creatine/gnc vitamins

im just wanting to boost it for my workout, i have energy to workout but am not hyped like i wanna be.
i have some hydroxy-cut but not sure how that will mix w/what im taking.Smile

YOu could probably just go w/ plain old caffeine if you are just looking for energy boost..

200 mg 30 minutes prior should get you going..  I am not big into the Anabolics, but I can't image a pre workout drink would hurt you though.. But plain old caffeine would probably be the safest..

i think you use way to many supps, from looking at your sig, i would say take out everything from 17hd to glucosamine.  if you want a good boost try basic cuts or just plain caffeine pills.  go on google and search "higher power caffeine".  youll find it for about $5.  you get 100 200mg caffeine caps.

echo the basic cuts comment-good preworkout hype.  Adding in Xceed really has helped my workouts

superpump 250 stacked with vaso really helped me get biggerand it was like i couldn't make myself tired

yeah man i'm all about this stuff i've tried nitrobolic i've tried no xplode i've tried this stuff called full blown xtreme very good supplement as well no xplod just seemed like it stopped doing anything for me after a while and after i peed red i was like no way so i tried super pump it's amazing the only problem with it is it gives you a lil diareha but it's not bad just do the research on them i kind of want to try x ceed soon so that may be next

yea i have also herd alot of good things about exceed and i tryed a sample of horsepower from gnc...i got really red an hot i got good pump though i almost threw up when i drank it though tasted horrible

There is also this stuff that came out called NO shotgun It is supposed to be pretty good it's by the same company that makes Redline

yes it's a pretty good energy drink but i don't drink stuff like that pre workout i don't know why
