Hi guys. In summer holidays i started eating 5 times a day.From 55kg i came 60 kg. School started and i ruined everything cause of school School starts at 8am till 4.30 and i have really few breaks between lessons and i dont have the time to eat 6 times a day. What i can do? :( I WANT TO GAIN MASS but i cant cause from 8 am till 4.30 pm i have school. pls help me.thanks

You are really going to have to become dedicated to make gains going to school -Wake up early to eat -premake meals -invest in meal replacement bars and shakes -carry around snacks to hold you over if you miss a meal You are going to fit in eating at your locker and make everymeal count to fit in your exact amount of calories.

yea i have to do that too. my friends make fun of me b/c i eat in the hallways.lol. i bring a paper sack full of sandwiches to eat throught the day. definitely pre-pack.

That describes me... except, this isn't high school... you'll find me running between classes at university (so running from building to building) with a sandwich in my face. I have 3 sandwiches at least... in a brown bag, and the times they're eaten at are cleverly spaced. Btw, about your problem... i thought that way at first when i was in highschool, but i figured out its not so bad. Here was my routine in highschool, it might work for you. Wake up early, and eat breakfast (you need to wake up early enough so when you get to school you will have spend 2 hours) Eat 2nd breakfast right before class 15 minute break after first class (1.2 hours) , eat fruit after 2nd class i had lunch, eat 2 sandwiches i spent 3 hours in classes and ate another sandwich when leaving the school. your schedule is 1.5 hours longer than mine was... so all you have to do is eat another sandwich when you leave the school And trust me, there's lots of time between classes, and nobody cares if you eat in class. And after a few years (like i have) you will master the art of devoiring a sandwich in minimal time (with a few minutes)... (probably not a good thing, but its better than not eating anything)

i guess in that case my highschool was "free spirited" (on pot..LOL) but definitely at university there is a lot of apathy in terms of that, people are very mature, nobody seems to give a rat's rear end as to why someone else is doing something. Even if your highschool is one in which people care.... you shouldn't really be bothered, you're only eating....

Aside from snacks, make sure your main meals breakfast, lunch, supper have around 500-600 calories and 20-30 grams of protein. I have the same problem, so I make sure my main meals are really substantial.

One touch from gods hand and you'll be cured....................Anyways remember protein is a fat burner also. Calories is way more important because when you workout, you turn those extra calories into extra muscle. You here a lot about protein because it helps people build muscle while trying to loose weight. Your trying to gain weight. Have you ever heard of serious mass? It taste good and gives a lot of extra calories.
