Thursday, February 23, 2006 8:55 AM
HI GUYS, i am currently lookin to bulk up, i've upped my calorie intake to 4,200, and am training more intensely than ever, i take 100% whey gold in the morning and evening after my workout, and three scoops of NO explode right befroe training, so far so good i'm making pretty good gains and i am gettin alot stronger, however the next step i feel is to introduce some creatine into my diet, what do you guys reccommend from both a manufacturer and dose point of view? what has worked for you? and what is a big rip off?....... thanks guys any help, views or reviews are much appreciated. wood

For the past two years I have trained with Beverly International's Creatine Select Plus Phosphates, which comes in a 500 gms container ($32.00). The recommended dose of this orange flavored supplement is 5 gms before working out and 5 gms post workout. The creatine doesn't not need to be pre-loaded before regular training use. You can't go wrong choosing a creatine product from one of these reputable companies. Designer Supplements Xceed, Gaspari Size-On, MAN Clout, Serious Nutrition Solutions CVM Extreme, Ergopharm Cell Fuel, Dyamatize Xpand, and Omega Sports Thunder.

I would go for a Creatine Ethyl Ester product. The new No Xplode has CEE and so does Cellmass. Keep taking your No Xplode and add a good creatine like Six Star CEE or VPX CEX or Cellmass.
