does anyone else think a video section for members lifts would be good, there is the problem that members could just find random vids, and post them up, but the simple solution would be to get a piece of paper, and hold it up when the vid starts with the members name on simple!
then all these newbs that bench 400 pounds have no excuse not to post them?
