As others said. Any basic Vitamin should do. Don't follow any hype like "Time Released" or anything like that... they are all pretty much the same. Just find a cheap one in a capsule form (easier to swallow).
Utrition makes an interesting liquid multi-vitamin that actually tastes pretty good. Since it's a liquid they claim your body can more easily absoarb it. I'm sure that's true but it shouldn't make much of a difference. Cool though to poor it into a shot glass every morning and take a shot before leaving for work.
