very easy fish-broccoli-rice with cheese sauce

My first try: 1) Boil some broccoli. 2) Prepare 6 table spoon of rice. 3) Boil 130g of sliced Dory fish. 4) Put 2 slices of extra-slim cheese on top of the rice-fish-broccoli. 5) Put the whole thing in an oven for 1 minute. The cheese melt will make the food taste really good. Depending on your type of cheese, my meal has 10g of protein just from the cheese. Try it guys.

Dory fish, can't I just use salmon or tilapia.

ORIGINAL: MaverickKeepsitReal Dory fish, can't I just use salmon or tilapia. Sure you can, dude. As long as it is fish. I mainly use dory because of it's cheap  . Have you tried the recipe?
