Allright I am really getting my stuff together here...at least I think so. I have casein, whey, creatine, and I am following a good meal plan. I also have flax and fish oil that my Mother has been trying to get me to take for ever...haha,
1.Ok to the point, how much do pre-workout drinks like vendetta effect your workouts?
2. What is in these drinks? Can I eat or drink something else to get a similar effect because vendetta is $50.00 for 2lbs or 20 servings. $$
Any thoughts here? Could I just use these pre-w/o drinks on days when I feel I really lack energy and therefore save servings...I dont like this idea but who knows.......

Xtreme Formulations has a great write up about EAA and the carb choice of Vendetta and why they specifically selected each ingredient. There is no other product like this on the market.
Not only does it help your workout, but it takes your body out of a catabolic state (if it were in one) and takes advantage of timing so that, you are extremely anabolic with increased protein synthesis for hours after training.
Its well worth the money, in my opinion.
That said, if you can' t afford it, I' d chuck down some whey and a few grams of dextrose, rather then spend money on any other premade drink.

Allright, I have looked online and the price seems pretty consistent. 50$ for 2lbs, if it helps that much I am willing to try it. But does anybody know of a better price?

I know where it can be bought for $31.
But it wouldn' t be nice of me to say. So I suggest you bug Kris (Supps101) to carry the product.
