hi ive been lifting for 3 months now
ive noticed a sizable difference in seeing veins in my forearms but im really craving the vein that runs from shoulders down through the bicep!

i know this prob sounds stupid but how is it achievable?
the bigger my muscles get, or body fat%.....

i can see it coming through when i do cable flies for my chest... will it just gradually come

Lower body fat % and I believe also regular working out will increase you vascularity just from "use" if that makes since.

Cut your body fat % and lift regularly. If it never comes from that then it's probably genetics.
