I've figured out how to bulk as a vegetarian pretty well, but am now going to do a cut.  So many of you, when you cut, eliminate massive amounts of your carbs, replacing them with protein/fat, but as a vegetarian, thats a bit more difficult.
 
veggeep - curious about your diet - you seem to have it pretty well figured out...
