vegetables for fat loss

ok so i recently switched to fat loss and im just wondering, should i be eating a complex carb with every meal or would getting alot more of my carbs from vegetables help speed up the process?

Its best to have a sorce of both if you can with eveyr meal.

vegetable's are complex fibrous carbs or roughage. and yes, i'm assuming you're referring to complex, starchy carbs. you should eat moderate portions of both, unprocessed, as often as possible.
Height - 5'9 Weight - 190lbs Age - 19 BF% - between 13-14% never satisfied... Team Natural...
