Where did you get.. I personally don't take Vanilla, but the CytoSport Vanilla is supposed to be extrmelely good. I have a lot of regulars who will not take anything else. Syntha 6 is very good too..

That adds fast digesting carbs to the mix and makes it taste like an orange creamsicle...yum. -Bri
