If you use the search feature, up top.. right hand.. type in V12 and set it to look before 1 month, you'll find a number of posts on this (I'd point you to some but there are many many threads). You can get it from the sponsor of this forum. Supplements101. You will find the "Go Shopping" link below. Post back if you cannot find what I'm talking about and I'll try and get you some better info.

SAN V12 Turbo @ Supps101 I have this, but I have not tried it yet. I've got a little more of my "old" creatine left. I will let you know if I see any different results.

V-12 is some g00d stuff. I've been taking it for a few weeks now, and already notice a difference. Gives a really nice pump, and get some nice bulging veins while lifting.

Curious.....Are you using it they way they recommend it on the packaging? I'm going to start using this probably next week.

No.. I take 1 serving... They say take 2 a day, but I aint rich to buy 2 or 3 bottles. I just take 1 serving 30 min before my workout. Sometimes, I will take 1 serving of my other creatine at night. So it kinda is like 2 servings.

You take 1 serving and still get the pump and a bulging vein here or there? hmmm.... I was going to follow the directions, but I might stay with the usual one serving a day like I did with the creatine monohydrate that I have. I just like the V12 because it's got glutamine, which I use too. If I actually followed the directions I'd be buying it every month. But I don't get why they say to only take it for like 8 weeks and have 4 off. maybe I'll try according to their directions and then modify after the 8 weeks are up. Anyone else use this stuff?
