Currently I train every body part once a week, but my legs seem to be left behind.  I do quads, hams and calves on the same day for something like this......warm up 10 to 15 minutes on the tread mill, build up to 3 sets of 6-8 reps on squats...wide, 3 sets of 10-12 reps on the 45 press, leg extensions 3 sets til failure.  5 sets of leg curls, and 5 sets of 20 on toe raises.  Has anyone had any good results with legs?  Please share some tricks!

i would say that you are doing your legs to much try this

3 x 8-12   squats
3 x 10      leg extensions
3 x 8-12   hams
4 x 8       calves
and only do your legs once a week
hope this helps

Less sets, stiff leg deadlifts instead of leg curls, keep rep range 10 or below (calves need to be challenged like any other muscle)

lowering the reps and increasing the weight for calves and hams are a must.  Would it be okay to do stiffleg deadlifts and curls in the same workout?

As for regular dead lifts, I have been do them on my back days.  Would they be more helpful after squats?
