Cool!

Pretty impressive lifts for someone who weighs 135lbs.

I don't care what height you are, you need to go on a bulk. =D

very nice for your weight but just so you dont hurt yourself i wouldnt do deadlift's more than once a week doing them multiple times a week can cause back damage.

wow thats bad advice!!  thats like saying doing squats more than once will hurt your legs and benching more than twice a week will hurt your chest.

you could say deadlifting more than once a week could cause you to over tax your body, but to say it will damage the back is completely false.
No the leg press is not the same as doing squats.

now it's once every 14 days?  I know 3 other people along with myself that do deadlifts 3x a week.  I only do a total of 3 sets a week but still i deadlift 3x a week.

If anything, I would say that deadlifting is very taxful on the body and doing it once a week is enough work probably.  If deadlifting very heavy weight it could lead to over reaching.  but to say it will damange the back?  I'm sure docotors will say that, but they also say squating is bad for you.

I deadlift 3 times a week. It is taxing, but damn, it gives gains. Forget what a doctor "knows" unless he is warming up with your squat max.

I still remember this thread, and there was a study about it so it was more scientists than doctors..i'm not completely bought on it but there is evidence behind it.
